Thank you for shopping with Campfire & Chill! We’re a small, adventure-inspired brand, and we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship.


📦 Processing Times

Because our products are made on-demand, please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for order processing and production
    (Most orders ship within 3–5 business days)

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


🌎 Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after your order has been produced):

United States

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

Canada

  • Standard: 7–14 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard: 10–20 business days
    (Some regions may require additional time due to customs)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


📬 Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, products, and shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions within the U.S.


🧭 Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship it once the customer pays the additional shipping fee.

We cannot replace orders lost due to incorrect address entry.


🌲 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package shows “delivered” but you cannot find it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If your package arrives damaged, send photos to us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it.

While we cannot control carrier delays or lost shipments, we will always do our best to support you.
